Missed a call from this number on my mobile. I called back from a number which is blocked from the public so I could determine who they are. Instead my call went to a pre-recorded message saying 'Thanks for returning our call, we will call you back with a very special promotional offer' - There was no mention of who they were so I am guessing they are a scam call. Others who have received a call from this number, block the number and don't bother calling them back.
