Hung up when answered. Have been receiving spam calls for a few days because someone submitted my number to a "FunClub Australia" competition. FunClub Australia is owned by the Singapore company "Luna Park media". The company "Cohort Australia" is the "partner" who has been providing the numbers from FunClub to a large number of other companies, including Foxtel, Vodafone and some place running an SMS scam. Cohort Australia is trying hard not to be blamed, but when asked they will suppress your number and ask the organisations they gave it to to do so as well. Contact them on consumercare @ cohort.com.au

These kind of spam-distribution companies ought to be illegal.

I answered the call , got the telltale pause as the call was being routed to a rep, then as they said hello using my name I hung up and then looked up the number here and blocked it!!!
