unsolicited calls Some of you guys are rediculous! It is the RSPCA. It is NOT a scam! They don't call random people. Either yourself or someone else has provided your number for them to send you a FREE copy of their Animal First Aid booklet. They ask for your address to send the book, and ask if you would LIKE to make a donation. It makes no difference whether you donate or not, you still receive the book. When you requested the call, the fine print says they will call during office hours..... rspca was confirming a request for literature I had requested.
This was not a spam even though they were hoping for a donation.
King you need help!
What an immature thing to write.
They can go kill themselves I never signed up for any of this or asked for a book or what
Go sit and rotate maggot
this is the rspca people. a non-for-profit charity. if you contact them asking for a free book don't be surprised when they ask for a donation. it's a worthy cause. We call on behalf of different charities around Australia. If you would like to be excluded from our call lists, please email your number to enquiries @ clevercontacts.com.au or call us on (07) 3188 7653. Thanks! wish they would leave a message it would be helpful i did request the first aid book Rspca first aid book offer. Only rings for about 3 rings and stops. That's not long enough for me to even get my phone out of my pocket. Very annoying. I agree with Carlton North. If its important enough for them to ring, then they should leave a message. I too ignore numbers I dont recognise. Calling on behalf of RSPCA. Driving me nuts because they never leave a message and they always seem to call when I'm at work and can't answer. I would love to just call them back and sort it out and instead I've had them continuously calling me for 4 weeks now. I spoke to them twice, both bad times because I didn't have my wallet accessible. They also said they'd send out this book but like I said it's been 4 weeks so I'm guessing they don't send it unless you pay even though it's advertised as 'free'.
I have donated directly to the RSPCA instead. BTW guys it's not the RSPCA, its a company representing them and if you donate money to them then they collect some of it. Which is okay but just be aware. You can also donate to the RSPCA.
If you ordered a free copy of pet first aid booklet they are calling for an address to send the booklet to. Why would you have "fun" with a charity that cares for neglected and abused animals? Not to mention they are the only group legislated to prosecute offenders and get next to no funding from the government AND rely on donations to keep doing their important work. continuing call about sales. If you had listened to the whole message you would have learned they represent a range of charities and were trying to get in touch with you on behalf of a charity they represent. Caller: Castle Finance
They left an advert message
it's RSPCA ringing to confirm address for a pet first aid booklet. Caller: 0488 862 011 and (02) 9194 0100
I did in fact register for the RSPCA booklet, and gave my address. They were recording our conversation for professional purposes, while I gave them my details. Hopefully this doesn't get sent around.
Its NOT RSPCA. I just rang it - same as all the other random mobile numbers coming through - no answer and a recording saying Clever Contacts.
