Caller: Chinese Scammer

Yet another number used by the Scam targeting Chinese Australians telling them in a recording in Chinese that a family member had an accident and they need to contact the Chinese Embassy by pressing a certain number to be put through.
Once an actual person is on the line, they tell them they need to pay certain amount of money or things will go bad/end badly for the family member/s.
