They do have raffles. It's the SES Volunteers Association as I have bought tickets previously.

This person proports to selling raffle tickets to raise funds for the SES. When adked where they got my number, they said the government gives them lists which is totally not true because privacy legislation prevents this. The SES do not run raffles.
