I received this number 5 times on my mobile and picked it up on the 6th (could be a future employer) and was met with a telemarketer. How do I know this? First thing they say is "Hello .... how are you"? Being polite, responded by "well, thanks and how are you"? First thing all telemarketers say after this is "Good thank you for asking"....alarm bells and I politely declined and she cut over me about deals for Simple energy. I politely said no, and they were still talking as I said goodbye and hung up. Very insistent. Very intrusive.

The person on the phone was very very rude - said I don't need you if you don't pay gas bills. And this is for some gas discount. He just wanted to know everything about me.

Blocked now thanks to the above 2 calls in one week.

I asked how did he get past the do not call reg. said it might be out of date. So rereg it. Some calls have stopped since I said contacts only and got rid of reply 159. Hooray

Told me they were now bundling gas and electricity. Offered 35% discount off usage charges. Wanted a verbal agreement. Said there would be a 10 day cooling off period. They wanted lots of info to "prove who I was" Gave them an email address and told them to send the deal there. Once the guy realised he wasn't going to get more info without emailing me, he thanked me for his time and hung up. Nothing has turned up in my email.
