spam ignore all calks and texts from this number

Why is it that numbers that come up on numbers that called me show the number then when I go to "Who Called Me" They Come Up As PRIVATE and if I Type in the number and block it, it still rings. This whole scam calling is getting out of hand

Looks like a Cruise Ship offer-I have selected `Opt out`even though I never opted in.
I will refer this to the telecommunications Ombudsman.
