Caller: Accident claims in Sydney

I am so over all these scam calls all hours of the night, Try to relax with family & all these calls start. Said he was fro Accident clams in Sydney & yes wanting to know if i've had an accident in the last year. Told him i'm not interested & hung up. Wish we could stop these calls

About time all theses scammers go to jail, along with companies & governments who enable them to operate, seriously , don't the phone companys do any kind of check on people when they get a phoneline, as for the law, what's the point of having them if they aren't property enforced, for a start get rid of overseas call centres,

Reversed search due to not knowing the number and found a lot of BEWARES!!!!!

Caller: Accident Claim Company

Asked if I had been in an accident, I said you tell me more information such as what type of accident and when. They said they didn’t have any of that information so I said I wasn’t giving them any of my information and then they hung up.

Asked me if I had any accidents that weren't my fault in the last year. I told him that every accident I had in the last year was my fault. He then said that I wouldn't be entitled to any compensation... and then hung up.

Someone called two nights in a row. I rang back and got music.........

had a missed call and the other day had a call claiming to be Accident Claim Services. They asked if I had been in an accident in last 2 years. Very strong Indian accent. Told them I don't know who they are and hung up.

Claimed to be chasing an accident I had some time in the last two years. When I said no he asked me any of your friends involved in one then I said yes. He said thank you and hang up .scammers

I rang the number back a whole bunch of noise in the background no one said hello, I hung up and blocked the number

supposed accident. when I asked how come he knew but I didn't he hung up

Claimed to be chasing an accident I had sometime in the last two years. When I said I don't own a car he said have you had any work accident in last two years.

Total scam.

"Accident Claim Services Australia"
Allegedly calling from Level 32 200 George St, Sydney.

The caller advised me that he got my number from my insurer because they 'know' I was involved in a car accident. (I wasn't)

I asked which of my insurers gave them my number. They said they couldn't tell me because of "privacy" laws.

I asked to speak to the supervisor. He told me the supervisor was busy. When I insisted, he hung up on me.

Don't answer will try and scam you.
