Called but did not leave a message

Called this missed number back from a client & who left voice message. The VM left different number from this number. No answer from quoted number so called this number & got an automated message like a call centre saying press 1 for a representative or 2 to leave message. I pressed 1, nothing, dead. Very odd. Next day called the number again & im blocked

called, I answered and they disconnected immediately. I called. back on another phone and got the 'this call couldn't be connected, check the number and try again' message
