Chinese scam

Chinese speaker, have received this call from numerous other numbers as well.

Left a voicemail in Mandarin(?). Presumably a scam.

Something about an epidemic related notice and that I haven’t responded to multiple calls even though this was the first one. Respond in English or Chinese. Clearly a scam of some sort.

Was a recording telling me my phone is used incorrectly and will be shut down

Beware of this unlisted number as it is almost certainly yet another spoofed number being used by cyber criminals. As this number was not recognised it was left to ring out with no message being recorded on completion.
