This, plus another call from a very lengthy number, had well spoken English female recording saying it was National Band Network - 'We have been trying to contact you. Your landline and Internet will be cut off in 24 hours if you do not respond. Please press 1 for technician'. It sounded quite legitimate but I wasn't taking chances.
