is indeed the Federal Police, looking for donations. Whatever you do DO NOT give money, I donated money for a Police scheme for youth and now have been inundated by "begging phone calls" Ambulance Service, SES and now Federal Police, so from now on, no more charity over the phone. (They have repeatedly called me even after I told them I am between jobs, am really pissed off)
