Their PDF unreadable but rather scary that they claim to be sending bro on your property by another non existent owner

Console Realty SA claimed that they were providing a owner statement in relation to a property. I know nothing of this company and suspected it is a scam, They ask you to open a pdf statement attached to an email but when you try to open the pdf it is all blurred and they try to get you to click on a website to view the pdf.
