This number was used to make a "market research" call on health insurance. Asked some questions about health insurance. Then said "someone will call in a few days to offer you a better health insurance rate". I had firm words for this guy about consent to do market research initially and then ripped into him about being a telemarketer and that he was marketing to me without my consent. Said the words 'market research' is misleading and illegal as he was doing sales calls.

Same as the above comment. I may answer it next time, just so I can leave a meanngful description of who the twit actually is!
