Received this message at 1.34am on Thursday 7th December. "Clear your overdue tolls now for 06/12 on https://as/linkgov.online to prevent any restrictions. I haven't travelled on toll roads since August and they were fully paid. This is about the 4th message similar to this but always with a different phone number
