Caller: Scam posing as health insurance

Called around 8am - I sent them to voicemail. They did not leave a voice message but they immediately sent the following text message from a separate number 0409 785 188):

Hi Kiah

I just tried calling to help you with your health insurance, as requested.

Stop SMS reply STOP

Sends sms claiming to be IPSOS & they will be calling in coming days to see of I will "take part in an important study on behalf of a government agency." They list IPSOS ABN in an attempt to make themselves look legitimate.

I have blocked this number on a previous occasion, but has come up 5 times in less than a week this week.
