This person has called my mums phone many times, and they NEVER talk.

4 to 5 calls a day becoming very annoying even though i have blocked the number and it only rings once

It’s Global Shop Direct. They ring multiple times and I answer and they hang up. I now answer “Global Shop Direct” and they hang up

They keep ringing and it comes up as spam on my phone even though the number is blocked

They keep ringing continuously and hang up. Very annoying. I blocked it but still find a way to ring. Has to be stopped.

When I answered there was no one there

Same. This number has called me 3 tims in the last week. I answer. There is silence. Then they hang up after 5 seconds. Pointless.

Yes, I got a missed call, and when I returned it, a female answered. I won't name her as I think it is better to give her anonymity, that is she is not relevant.
She went through a blurp and when I said 'excellent' she stopped. Thinking she thought I was being sarcastic I further said that means great. She hung up on me. Seriously????? Picked the wrong day to annoy me that's for sure. I called back and asked her why she hung up on me.....she did it again! After several attempts, and she no longer picked up, I called the main number, stated my beliefs and theories of HOW customer service type "people" in a very neutral manner without expletives. To someone else.

Global Direct...... Have at least ONE crap customer service representative.!!!

I have blocked this number as I have had 11 calls in 3 days from this number

This number has been ringing me 3-4 times a day this month. I have blocked them and they still ring me. Getting very annoying and disturbing!!
