When the call is anonymous and you call back there is no response, they are scammers and hackers. Dont ever answer a call on your mob from a number you dont know. Because if you do, you have given then access to your phone and content which means if you do your banking etc from your phone you could get "hit", like they will clean out your bank account. Try to call them back some other way like a landline - if they dont answer itheyre Scammers for sure.
