Caller: GJ Gardener Homes Bendigo The guys name is Kevin Bloom. He is a gambling addict and owes numerous people money. He rents houses and doesn’t pay rent. Pays the bond and first month and then for the next 2-4 months doesn’t pay ANYTHING. He then does a runner after being asked to pay/move out so he gets “cheap” rent. Only pays 2 months for 6 months... Total scumbag. Stay away.
