What a rude "Business" - I've never of them nor have I called them like I was 'accused' of! Asked who they were, all i got 'we are a business', and wanted me to confirm personal details, yet I have never heard of them. Then she hung up on me.

They have my phone number for a different person. After 15+ phone calls they still haven't amended their records.
