Received the following message saying:
"Hi mum ive smashed my phone. Can you whatsapp me heres my new number 0485 839 255) x, it is urgent please"
Note the phone number in the message was a link. Dodgy as. Did not click on link and deleted message. No one uses Whatsapp so knew it was fake.

Message me calling me mum and asking me to save another number and to let them know when I did.
