Caller: Weird guy

Asking if I heard of neighbourhood watch and children?!
And wanted to speak to the owner of the business

Wanted to sell me advertising in a pamphlet.....

Wanted to talk to me about my internet connection ... sounded like a scam so hung up.

Caller: young female

Spam.

A guy saying he was with state and federal police. When I jokingly said I don’t know anyone who would commit a crime, he made excuses about having the wrong number, then hung up.
I had missed calls from several other mobile numbers too.

Caller: Female young

Said was from neighbourhood watch and was I the owner of a fb business
Continued to ask for my first name
When I refused she hung up

Caller: 0478 287 462

Unknown number missed called. I thought i should google n see what comes up. And saw all these other comments on this number. Must be a scammer. Didn’t bother calling back.

I rang back and got vm suggesting i leave a message. I didn't. If they can't leave a message, I won't either

Called once. I didn’t answer as I was unsure who it was. No voicemail left. After reading others comments I will be blocking the numbers. Thanks!

Caller: Not sure

Rude man on the phone asking if I am the owner of a particular business, and when I say I’m not, I run a business but not the one he is enquiring about, he hangs up.

Has called me a number of times this year, and we have the same conversation....

Caller: Said she was from Council of Women and Policing

Said wanting to help small business by selling me an advertisement in their publication for next March. - Scammers

Same mob as 0478 285 748 I suspect. Will try to sell you advertising space, probably just a scam, certainly an unsolicited nuisance.

I called back number 0478 287 462 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
