I had a call asking me if I was an owner of a business - they were from the police street smart & I was not in trouble.
I advised I did not own a business and the call ended.

They called me claiming to be part of the police and do they would would advertise my business on their magazine

Calling indicating he was from the Police and just like the others said I was not in trouble, I have reported to NSW Police as it appears they are sales reps for the street smart magazine, if they were honest I might have looked at it but lying from the start is never a good move when trying to sell somthing

Asked my name and the business I was doing then disconnected tried returning the call but kept disconnecting

Caller: ‭0478 286 002‬

‭posed as police for a charity donation to a youth event. Asked me to talk to 600-800 teenagers in my town about the affects of Ice and how I started my business. Very convincing!

Caller: Bethani

I got a call from this number. Her name was Bethani having a pure english accent. Asked me if I had a business and said that if I am interested in putting my ad on the their magazine for $380. That sounded dodgy to me.

Same thing as everyone else. Found my business online, called me and asked if I wanted to be a part of their police magazine but it was going to cost me money.

Called saying his name was Jordan and asking about my business and that they were calling on behalf of the police. The call then disconnected and I have been unable to return the call as is disconnects.

Dodgy

I called back number 0478 286 002 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
