I recieved two messages, one with this number 0478 187 593 an another one with 0480 299 984 with the following message < my name>, please accept my apology for not getting this to you sooner: http://cbfr.world/eXPFGu

Message read 'Please respond to final notice: action required before you're considered no longer eligible'.

Deleted and blocked caller.

Caller: 0478 187 593

Received an SMS message. The last sentence was what tipped me off as the rest of the message looks pretty standard. It said:

There is a package (*string of numbers that looked legitimate*) waiting to be collected: *LINK that also looked legitimate*. You took one of the spots on our 16/11 list.

“I’m sorry, (my name), I missed sending out to you : (link)”

Text message with my name, saying "I'm sorry I missed sending this out to you: (dodgy link)

Caller: Scam SMS

Received this SMS 'We have tried to deliver Ur package xxxxxxxxx(tracking number), but there is no postage. Follow the instructions here (inserted link)'. Link lead to fake Australia Post website. Australia post are aware of this scam and have updated their website with a list of scams that have been circulating.

Got an apology message and a link to click. Blocked them.

text msg received "my first name, I'd like to apologize for not getting this to you yesterday like we discussed: http://cbprt.online/7udMGauR". I did not speak to anyone yesterday. Blocked user

Scammer text with a link to a fake ABC news website about some tax avoidance penalties. Block the number.

tried to deliver a package... no postage... follow instructions... click on this link.... fake!

They sent a txt:
"Please respond to final notice: action required before you're no longer considered eligible. Ask for your requested total jqlmm.club/UktTQ164"

'Cancellation will take place unless action taken. Login to specify request and resubmit ****.co/MjtgJzLW.
