Yep, I got the same message as you and others here have received.

1. Block calls.
2. Block messages.
3. Delete conversation.

Simples!

This number still calling with same message as above re accident insurance claims. Interesting to note comment re link to Gumtree - as I have an ad up, will make complaint to them about it.

I had a message to say that "Records indicate you were involved in an accident in the last 2.5 years. As such you are entitled to claim compensation. Replay CLAIM for info or STOP to opt out."

First I heard I was involved in an accident! Ignore the text message - do not respond.

Looks like fraud trying to take your money and claim it as insurance.

Have received 3 text messages from this number saying "records indicate you were involved in an accident in the last 2.5 years. As such you are entitled to claim compensation. Reply CLAIM for info or STOP to opt out."

Do not reply to this message. Delete! I have now blocked this number.

Sounds like a rip off.

texted me off the back of a Gumtree ad I had just posted with nonsense about being involved in accident and entitlement to claim insurance compensation...scam!
