Scam call, someone claimed to be calling from NBN for internet disruption and asked me to download Any desk(a legitimate software where ppl could access my devices remotely) so he could”fix”m my internet speed.

Please note nbn is a wholesaler and would never contact customer direct, the caller id also raised the first flag
