Suspicious message saying a withdrawal from my Bendigo Bank had happened 9/8. Don’t have Bendigo account

Received a text message saying couldn't deliver a package. Contained a link (not opened) trying to indicate it was an Australia Post consignment. Checked my Aust Post account, no notifications or anything outstanding.

Received text re: transfer from Westpac account to a name. The message also had a link to 1800 431 517.
I don’t have an account with Westpac.
