Told me there was a problem with my re-finance request (which I hadn't made) and with offers to get me a lower rate and a cash rebate. When I told him I didn't know what he was talking about, he tried to tell me I'd spoken with his colleague - when I pressed him for the name of the colleague, he hung up.
