Caller: Suspicious number

This caller rang my number and since I did not recognise, I didn't pick up the call.
They did not leave a message in my voicemail and when I tried looking this number up online I could not find the caller's id.
I can't be sure if it's a scam or not. If they are genuine, they should leave a message identifying themselves.
