It's possible this is a scam. It was an SMS from (-LINK-T) saying I hadn't paid the toll for July - threatening suspension. The https:/?cutt.ly/KX1MdVh. I foolishly clicked on the link only to find the link showed something slightly different. Short story I stopped there and went on to Link-T's website - where other nuisance website matters occurred - nothing to do with the SMS 'stuff'.
