Caller: Recorded message sounded like Homeland Security

It said your personal identity had been compromised and there is a warrant out for my arrest! Couldn't understand exactly name of where they were saying the call was from but sounded something like Homeland Security which is American! Absolute rubbish took no notice and hung up!
