Caller: Hardly Contact Tracing

Old Granny bought the cheapest, nastiest, slowest Nokia at Coles just for the scan in apps. Granny used it twice (don't get out that much these days; can't afford to) and has used the number about five times when signing in with a pencil. Then I get this call from an unknown source and no follow up message. Granny thinks someone has swiped the number and passed it on for the ratbags...
