Scam, unknown phone company , foreign accent dont listen to them

This one just tried to call, after 2 previous attempts this afternoon an a different number. Persistent.

I don't answer any calls from anyone who's number I don't know. If it's a genuine call, they will leave me a message. Generally, any call from someone I don't know already and if they don't leave a message, its a SCAM.

Offered me a 'great deal' for my phone plan (dearer than what I am paying now.) When I looked up this site and started reading out the messages the caller (female with heavy accent) hung up. Rang back - straight to message service. Left a message. Scammer.
