i get a whole bunch of these messages recently.
All from different numbers.
I have more than 10 of these types of mesages. All with different links and nonsense letters and numbers at the start of it.
The phone numbers seem to have a pattern of have double numbers and a lot of them come from Western Australia (with one outlier) and some unknown.

I received a text from the above mobile advising they left a message and a link to that message. http://advholistichealth.com/i.php?dbe8n4vha5

I did not click that link but reported the call to scamwatch.gov.au
