Caller: Solar panel 'federal rebate' nonsense Polite but somewhat dispirited female with an Indian accent following the standard script regarding 'the Federal rebate' scheme'. Informed her there would be no need for her to ruin her KPIs as soon as she asked if I had any solar panels. Call came to a prepaid number only activated within the last month. First cold call I've received.
