Caller: They spoke Mandarin This number called me on the 8th and 9th of April 2019. The first time I missed the call and no message was left. The second time I answered it, and after a pause recorded music started to play. A few seconds later a voice speaking Mandarin (I think) started talking. The music kept playing underneath. I hung up. My advice, if you get a call from this number don't answer it and then go and block the caller. It's most likely yet ANOTHER scam. I'm on the Do Not Call Register, but as we all know that doesn't always work. Screen your calls and only answer numbers you know. I know that's what I'll be doing from now on.
