Received a text msg regarding a $1200 paypal payment to VIRTUAL CARD saying to ring 1800 953 051 "if not you." Checked my paypal, no such transaction. Obviously a scammer who's probably hacked the above number. I've posted a duplicated msg for the 1800 number.
