Caller: Claimed to be Telstra

Claimed to be from Telstra offering 50% discount on future bills for the next 6 months. Said I was suspicious of this from the start. They had all my details Telstra account number, email address. When I hung up they tried to change the password on my email and my vicroads account which has my digital drivers licence on it. When I said it sounds suspicious she said that she has all my details how would she have that if she wasn’t from Telstra. My response to that was if you are trying to scam people you are trained to say that to get people to fall for your lies and hung up. She tried to call back straight away. Number has been blocked.
