Caller: NBN - apparently James Williams

male advised he was calling from NBN and my network was slowing down because of issues with my joint phone and internet service. Wanted me to confirm they were on the same service and joint. I asked him to confirm my details and the address where this service was supposed to be for, apparently due to privacy he could not. Asked him for his contact number, already had it written down, and his Australian office number so i could call him back as I needed to confirm something. Very irate telling me his is on the phone now lets just talk so I asked approx 8 times in a row sorry cant hear you can you confirm that office number again to which i was then called an idiot and call ended.
