person called my partner to ask him for my address and email address as they apparently couldn't get mail to me.

Person called me and asked if I knew another person with the same surname as me. I said 'no' but was curious how she got my mobile number as it's not listed. She said she looked it up by area... I find this very strange as there is no website listing my mobile number anywhere.
