Had a missed call today. tried to call back but disconnected.

All these phone calls that come from numbers that are "disconnected". How does that work Telstra? Where are your privacy laws? Or don't you give a hoot?

Spammers calling me while I am roaming overseas, racking up my mobile roaming charges. Once I get home I am going to hunt them down and deliver the punishment.

The purpose of this scam is to receive your return call. This way they get access to you sim card. Once you returned the call your phone is compromised. The advice is at least reset all to factory settings and change all passwords.

Yep - Spam or Scammer. "Marketing Solutions" called (Poor call quality) and tried confirming my details. When I asked how he had my number he just hung up.

I tried calling it back also but it's disconnected . how it's even possible to disconnect a number right after a call is beyond me .

Same experience as every one else.. I am going to Block this number on my phone.. Hope it works.

I answered the call.....nothing.....nothing....then they hung up. Googled and found this thread. Next time they call I will ask for their Credit Card details to pay for my time and maybe a holiday.

He told me he received email from me, then he read email to me, i told him it not my email address, then he ask what is your correct address, I hang up.

Missed the call on my mobile as I was at work, called back after shift to hear the "the number you have dialed is disconnected".

Just received a call from this number. Phone number was not in my phone book so didn't pick up the call. Just frustrating

Alex from Market Solutions. I expressed an interest in getting investment information. Do I have insurance and what is my email. Bullsh*t call.
Claims his company is based in Singapore but he is calling from Australia. Would not give location.

Also had a missed call and I dialed back to hear "This number has been disconnected"

Called back - disconnected.

Just missed a call from this number, so they must still be doing the rounds.
