Caller: A representative from Amazon

Received a call from 'Amazon' (which I doubted) asking me for information to prevent an auto payment from my account (which I was sure did not exist) - when caller was asked to call again next week the connection was terminated. On calling the number I received notification that the number did not exist !!!!
