Do not call them.

Got the message "Hi there," suspicious activity on your VISA, blocked it, contact number xxxxx or (03) xxxxxx if from overseas and ask for Fraud Assist. Thanks - NAB

My VISA is not with NAB. My husband has one with them but not linked with my phone number and no suspicious activity is on it. When you ring them they will ask you to confirm identity - and then they will take money from you. If you get this text, don't ring the number (they don't even know your name or tell you which card - ie: VISA XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-4315), just check your card for yourself or go into your local branch.

they are nab fraud i got the same message and money had been taken out of my visa account
