This number left a voicemail in a female voice speaking Chinese, perhaps recorded. The tone sounded like an advertisement, not conversational/live caller. When I called the number back, a unknown man with an accent (which didn't sound Chinese) answered in English (the location said Australia) and said he had not called me. He gave his name as something sounding like 'Julian'.
