Yep, 2 calls in that last 3 days, when I return the calla female voice saying I have reached the FRD group. Scamming time wasting garbage

Had a few calls from this number in the past few weeks couldnt answer so rang back got the answer machine said it was FRD group any one have any idea of who they are and what the want or trying to sell or what not

When I answer they hang up, SEVERAL TIMES
Called back and was greeted with a message saying I have reached the FLD GROUP ??
BLOCK THIS NUMBER WHAT A WASTE OF TIME

Pick up the phone and no one is there.
I have registered on "do not call" why do I still get these nuisance calls??
