    When I answered the call i heard a recorded message telling me that there was possible fraudulent activity on my NBN connection and I was facing possible disconnection, to speak to an operator I had to press 1. The person I spoke with had a heavy accent, either Russian or Indian (I could not quite pick it). They asked a variety of questions about my internet usage, but asked for no specific personal details. They also did not seem to know any, such as they never once mentioned who my internet provider was, nor did they call me by my name or sir name. They directed me to a site and tried to get me to install a remote viewer so they could track the apparent fraudulent activity (They claimed I was being attacked by a hacking group called crawl). I hung up the phone at this point and rang my internet service provider to check if they were contacting me or not, and they agreed that it was not them, and that the call was most likely from hackers. After I hung up they tried to call me back 7 times in under 5 min, every time they used a different mobile number. I never answered the phone again, but after speaking to my ISP I did try covering a mobile number and phoning back one of the mobile phone numbers they tried to contact me on. As I expected, I received a message telling me that the mobile number I was trying to call was no longer in service. I will list the mobile numbers they used on this site as well,
    I RECOMEND IF THESE PEOPLE TRY TO CONTACT YOU AND REQUEST YOU INSTALL A REMOTE VIEWER ON YOUR DEVICE, DO NOT COMPLY AND REPORT TO SCAM WATCH. THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO GAIN ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER TO OBTAIN PERSONAL DETAILS SUCH AS INTERNET BANKING, SHOPPING ACCOUNTS, WEBCAM ETC.
