My text has “Dear patients” kind of seemed suspicious, so I didn’t open it

I did not open the text.
The text says "Dear Parents,
All my children are over 30years of age.
I have checked phone numbers for venues I have visited with my grandchildren.
This phone number does not correspond with any phone numbers associated with my activities.
