I think it really is the Melbourne Central Telstra shop, since I was in there yesterday signing up to a plan, and today they sent me a text saying "thanks for visiting us in store".

Called pretending to call from the Melbourne Central Telstra shop, did not ask for any details other than my name yet wanted to add someone onto my account. Definite scammer and have reported to Telstra.
