Caller: Amazon Scam Claimed that we may have accidentally signed up for some Amazon Prime feature and we are going to be charged $39.99 per month.
If we don't want it we need to follow their instructions and download something (no doubt a computer program designed to steal your details or money). When I said that I am not doing that and this is a scam, they hung up.
