Keeps hanging up with no message

Its a guy selling solar, gets abusive when you ask him to stop calling you

Caller: Probably Scammer

I don't answer the phone unless the caller is on my list of contacts. I do not ring back and delete any callers who do not leave a message.

didn't respond when I answered i blocked the caller

Some random offering something about solar I think, coukdn hear him properly. But he knew my name.

Called and hung up.

Same. Called and hung up when I answered.

Hangs up as soon as you answer.
